Fees

I discuss my set fees for individual therapy (45 minutes per session) and couples or family therapy (60 minutes per session) as a part of our initial consultation.

Insurance

I am an Out of Network (OON) provider. This means that you our sessions are eligible for reimbursement through insurance if you have OON behavioral health benefits, which are increasingly common. The majority of the people that I work with are set up through these benefits. This makes therapy more accessible and affordable while allowing me to keep a client base that's small enough for highly personalized care.
